# What are Project Profile Forms typically used for?

This article applies to **Team** and **Legacy** editions.

A Project Profile Form is typically created to collect specific information from each Project Manager within their Project (such as Project time frames, resources, or basic Project information). The Form is created by the Community Manager at the Community level of the site, but filled out within each Project by the corresponding Project Manager.
