This article applies to **Pro, Team,** and **Legacy** editions. Multiple Workflows can be useful if you have multiple categories within a particular type of Feedback or if you have multiple Internal Teams to manage certain Feedback based on type. Click **Management \> Project configuration** 2. Click **Feedback types** 3. Click the **Modify** pencil of the desired Feedback type you wish to edit. 4. Click the **Basic feedback properties** button 5. Check the **Use Multiple Workflows** checkbox under the Advanced Options heading. 6. Click the **Submit** button at the bottom of the page.
