[Feedback Management](https://learn2.centercode.com/en/feedback-management?hsLang=en) # How do I create, modify, or remove a Feedback Type? This article applies to **Pro**, **Team**, and **Legacy** editions.  In Centercode, Feedback Types are how users will submit feedback. These types can range from issues to ideas, to discussions. They are fully configurable to help you reach your feedback goals. ### Create a Feedback Type From the project homepage: 1. Click the **Management \> Project configuration \> Feedback types** in the navigation bar. 2. Click the **Create a feedback type** link at the bottom of the table. 3. Give the Feedback Type a **Name**, **Plural name,** **Submission title,** **[Intent](https://help.centercode.com/en/setting-feedback-types-with-clear-intent?hsLang=en), Format identifier,** and any desired **Advanced options**. 4. Click the **Next** button at the bottom of the page. 5. Set **Feedback collaboration settings** as desired and click the **Next** button at the bottom of the page. 6. Set desired **Feedback roles**, then click the **Next** button at the bottom of the page. 7. Enter desired Statuses in the **Add additional items** field, then click the **Next** button at the bottom of the page. 8. Set up the Workflow process as desired, then click the **Next** button at the bottom of the page. 9. Give your Feedback Form a **Title** and **Description**. 10. Click the **Add a form element** link at the top of the form. 11. Select the desired **Element type** and fill in any desired settings. 12. Click the **Submit** button at the bottom of the form. 13. Repeat steps **11** and **12** until you have added all desired elements. 14. Click the **Return** link at the bottom of the form to complete the process of adding elements. 15. Click the **Publish** button at the bottom of the page to confirm. You have successfully created a Feedback Type. ### Modify a Feedback Type From the Project Homepage: 1. Click the **Management \> Project configuration \> Feedback types** in the navigation bar. 2. Click the modify pencil of the desired Feedback type 3. Choose the appropriate button from the main body area. 4. Make desired modifications, then click **Submit** at the bottom of the page to confirm. You have successfully modified a Feedback Type. ### Remove a Feedback Type: From the Project Homepage: 1. Click the **Management \> Project configuration \> Feedback types** in the navigation bar. 2. Hover over the table cell of the desired Feedback Type and click the **Archive** icon to the right. 3. Click the **Yes, Archive this item** link to move the Feedback form into the **Archive.** 4. Click **View archive** in the upper right. 5. From the **Archive** Feedback types can be restored and made active again, or permanently removed. 6. To permanently remove a Feedback type hover over the table cell of the desired Feedback Type and click the **Remove** icon to the right. 7. Click the **Yes, Remove this item** link to delete the Feedback type and all associated data.
